Ayesha graduated from CDI college with her PTA Diploma in 2004. Since that time she has worked in an outpatient orthopaedic setting. She is extremely passionate and dedicated and has helped many individuals in their health recovery. Ayesha enjoys helping others reach their goals and become the best version of themselves, both physically and mentally. Ayesha has been with the Physiotherapy First team since we first opened and as a result has had the opportunity to partner and work work together with physiotherapists and clients to ensure the most efficient and effective treatment plans are administered on a case by case basis. Ayesha  specialises in a variety of soft tissue massage techniques and has developed a reputation for her strong, firm massage style. She will work with you to reduce tension, restriction and pain to restore ease of movement and postural correctness.
