Harpreet Kaur is a Registered Massage Therapist and is in good standing with The College of Massage Therapy. She graduated from Humber College with a thriving interest in helping people reach their health and healing goals.

Harpreet uses a holistic approach to ensure that she attends to each clients needs and concerns. She uses a variety of techniques such as trigger point therapy, rhythmic mobilization and neuromuscular techniques to individualize each clients treatment plan and goal.

Through variety of placements from Humber, Harpreet has experience working with chronic pain, palliative care, injuries, overall relaxation and so much more.

Harpreet takes great pride in understanding each client’s lifestyle and helping to incorporate home care that is suited for each client.
