Credentials & Education
Harween is a dedicated Resident Physiotherapist with a strong focus on rehabilitation and functional recovery. She is passionate about supporting individuals through every stage of their healing journey—helping them restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Harween holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, earned in 2016 in India, and is provisionally licensed and registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Her clinical experience spans outpatient clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers, where she gained hands-on experience treating a diverse range of conditions, from acute injuries and post-operative cases to chronic musculoskeletal and neurological concerns.
She brings a patient-centred and goal-oriented approach to care, designing individualized treatment plans that promote recovery through evidence-based techniques such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, education, and injury prevention strategies. Harween believes that rehabilitation is not just about recovery—it’s about restoring confidence, independence, and quality of life.
Known for her warm and empathetic nature, Harween builds strong therapeutic relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout their rehab process. Her approach integrates clear communication, collaboration, and motivation to help patients reach their full potential.
Outside of her clinical work, Harween enjoys art, music, cooking, and spending quality time with loved ones—activities that reflect her belief in the importance of balance and holistic wellness, both in life and in physiotherapy.
