No, soft tissue therapy and massage therapy are not the same thing.

Soft tissue therapy, on the contrary, encompasses a treatment plan that prevents and treats injuries and movement problems. It begins with a physical examination. How Many Sessions Do You Need?

Typically, patients need two sessions per week for the first two weeks. Once the condition stabilizes, they can attend sessions once every two to three weeks.
